Ingredients

  • 1 package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 24 slices pepperoni, divided
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions

  1. On a floured cutting board, unroll pizza dough and cut in thirds widthwise. Refrigerate 2 pieces of dough.
  2. Roll out pizza dough to 8x5-inch rectangle.
  3. Spread about 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on half of rectangle, sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese. Place 8 pepperoni slices over cheese.
  4. Top with 3 slightly rounded tablespoons shredded cheese. Fold dough over filling. Crimp to seal edges.
  5. Transfer calzone to air fryer basket. Prick top with a fork. Set air fryer temperature on 400°F.
  6. Turning halfway through, cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. If crust starts to get too brown, cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Repeat Steps 2 through 5 with remaining dough.
