Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds baking potatoes (about 5 to 8 potatoes)

Directions

  1. Heat roaster oven to 400°F.
  2. Scrub potatoes and pierce with a fork.
  3. Stack rows of potatoes on top of each other, ensuring the potatoes don't touch the sides of the roaster oven.
  4. Place cover on roaster oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.

Serves: 5-8
