Banana Nut Smoothie


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 3 bananas, peeled, broken into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups ice cubes (20 crescent shape)


  1. Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
  2. Cover and blend on AUTO SMOOTHIE setting or PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.

Serves: 4-6
