Recipe - Biscuit Brownies

Cook like a pro with Chef Kunal Kapur

Ingredients

  • 150 gm Leftover whole wheat Biscuits
  • 120 gm Chocolate (70%)
  • 100 gm Chopped Cranberries
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 20 gm Chopped nuts and Dry Fruits (optional)

Directions

  1. Let’s make the chocolate and milk solution first. To make the milk chocolate solution, pour milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil. Switch off the flame and add chopped chocolate to it. Let it rest for 5 minutes and stir.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix wet and dry ingredients. Add chopped cranberries and mix it again.
  3. Meanwhile, keep the oven for preheating to 160 °C.
  4. For this recipe, I will be using an 8x8 cake tin. Line the cake tin with parchment paper.
  5. Now pour the batter into the tin. Sprinkle chopped nuts and dry fruits.
  6. Bake these brownies in preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.
  7. After 15 minutes take the pan out of the oven. Our biscuit brownies are ready. Slice them into 9 equal squares and serve.
