Chewy Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cups baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. With a electric mixer on low, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until blended, about 1 minutes.
  3. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla until blened, about 1 minutes. Gradually add flour, cocoa and baking soda until blended, 1 minute.
  4. Stir in mini choocolate chips. Spread into baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool completely and cut into sqaures.
