Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3 cups American bread flour OR 2 cups Canadian bread flour
  • 6 oz (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions

1. Set crust color to Light.

Servings: 16

Tip: Serve as a breakfast bread with cream cheese.
