Creamy Herb Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package (0.75 oz.) fresh chives
  • 1 package (0.75 oz.) fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, tops only
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Place mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, chives, dill, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in blender jar.
  2. Cover and blend until mixture is creamy.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes:  2 1/2 cups
