Herbed Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened

Directions

  1. Using a food processor with chopping/mixing blade, chop parsley, sage, thyme and rosemary until finely minced.
  2. Add butter and blend until creamy. Stop processor to scrape bowl as needed.
  3. On a sheet of plastic wrap or aluminum foil, shape butter mixture into a 2-inch diameter log and refrigerate until firm.
