Honey Sriracha Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 24 cups popped popcorn

Directions

  1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, butter and salt. Microwave on medium power for 30 to 40 seconds or until butter is melted and mixture is runny.
  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle honey mixture over popcorn.
  3. Toss until evenly coated.

Serves: 10-12

Test Kitchen Tip:  If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Drizzle half of honey mixture over popcorn in tumbler. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
