Light Chocolate Cream Mousse
Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips, reserving 2 tablespoons
- ¾ cup nonfat milk
- 3 oz. fat free cream cheese, cubed
- Place vanilla, sugar substitute and chocolate chips in blender jar.
- Heat milk to steaming.
- Pour milk into jar. Blend for 15 seconds or until smooth.
- Add cream cheese and blend for 10 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into individual ramekins or dessert dishes; tap each dish on counter or table top to release any air bubbles. Sprinkle with reserved chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
