Mint Mocha Coffee

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 12 ounces water
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Green food coloring

Directions

  1. Place coffee grounds into filter (do not fill above MAX line).
  2. Fill mug with water and pour into coffee maker.
  3. Select BOLD setting. Brew coffee into mug.
  4. Stir in half and half, peppermint liqueur and chocolate syrup.
  5. When whipping cream, add a few drops of green food coloring with the cream. Top coffee with whipped cream.
