Peppered Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package (1 lb.) sliced mushrooms

Directions

  1. Heat beef broth, butter, salt and pepper in cast iron crock over medium heat until butter is melted.
  2. Stir in mushrooms.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or MEDIUM for 9 to 10 hours.

Serves: 8
