Ingredients

  • 12 large hard cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
  • Pimento Cheese
  • Cooked bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • Chopped fresh dill or chives, optional

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir egg yolks and 1 1/2 cups pimento cheese until blended.
  2. Pipe yolk mixture into each egg white half.  Top each egg with bacon. Sprinkle with dill or chives, if desired.

Serves:  12-24
