Pomegranate-Berry Sorbet for Half-Pint Ice Cream Maker

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash raspberries.
  2. Combine with other ingredients and stir well to mix.
  3. Pour into frozen Half-Pint freezer bowl. Turn motor on. Once mixture starts to thicken, turn off motor.

Serves: 1
