Salmon with Dill

Ingredients

Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:
Grills
  • 1/2 pound salmon steak
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed

Directions

  1. Brush salmon with lime and sprinkle with dill weed.
  2. Spray grill with cooking spray. Cook salmon 4 minutes. Turn and cook 4 minutes or until done.

Success Tip:
If fresh salmon steaks are purchased, they should be refrigerated for no more than 2 days before grilling. Salmon steaks, purchased frozen, can be kept in the freezer for 2 months.

Substitution:
If fresh dill is available, use 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed instead of 1 teaspoon dried dill weed.
