Salted Garlic Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Using an electric mixer with flat beaters, beat butter on high speed until light and fluffy.
  2. Add chives, parsley, rosemary, salt and garlic, beating until just blended.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors.
