Slow Cooker Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 package (24 oz.) frozen bite size meatballs       
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir meatballs, ketchup, beer, brown sugar and onion until well blended.
  2. Add meatball mixture to cast iron crock.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or MEDIUM for 6 hours.

Serves: 10-12
