Slow Cooker Peach Shortbread Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Using a pastry blender, add butter and blend until mixture is small peas.
  2. In slow cooker crock, combine frozen peach slices with sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 cup of flour mixture. Stir until peach slices are coated with mixture and spread into an even layer.
  3. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over peaches.
  4. Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
