Ingredients
Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product: Blend & Store System
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice, almond milk, or juice or milk of choice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
Directions
- Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Blend on Smoothie program, if available. Alternately, pulse a few times to break up ice, then blend on high until smooth.
Serves: 1-3
Test Kitchen Tip: Add your favorite boost like chia seeds, flaxseeds, collagen powder or protein powder. If using these boosts, you may need to adjust the consistency with a little more liquid.
