Strawberry Lemon Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled, halved and mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

  1. Mash strawberries and sugar in large bowl.
  2. Stir in yogurt, lemon juice and zest. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Start ice cream maker and pour mixture through hole in lid.
  4. Churn for 20-30 minutes or until desired consistency.

Serves: 12
