Truffle Parmesan Black Pepper Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons white truffle oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 24 cups popped popcorn

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine truffle oil and butter.
  2. In another small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, sea salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle truffle butter mixture over popcorn. Stir to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese mixture. Toss until popcorn is evenly coated.

Serves: 10-12

Test Kitchen Tip:  If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Sprinkle half of cheese mixture over popcorn in tumbler first. Then drizzle with half of butter mixture. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
