Watermelon Chia Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 cups (1-inch pieces) cold watermelon
  • 1 package (6 ounces) fresh raspberries
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
  2. Cover and blend on SMOOTHIE setting or PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.

Serves:  2-4

Test Kitchen Tip: Always place liquid ingredients in blender first.
