Ingredients

  • 6 wonton wrappers (3-inch squares)
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • Filling of choice

Directions

  1. Preheat toaster oven to 350°F.
  2. Carefully press and fold one wonton wrapper in each cup of a 6-cup muffin pan.
  3. Very lightly brush edges of wrappers with butter.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Serves: 6

TEST KITCHEN TIP: For savory cups, sprinkle brushed wrappers with a combination of Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. For sweet cups, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Fill warm cups with items such as scrambled eggs for breakfast or fill cool cups with chicken salad for lunch or pudding or mousse for dessert.
