Tips for The Perfect Cup Of Pour Over Coffee

  • A gooseneck kettle will give you the most control over the process.
  • Priming the filter, or wetting it with the heated water before adding the grounds, lets you get the best flavor from the coffee.
  • After the grounds have bloomed, start pouring the hot water in the center. Make your way to the outer edges at a steady, circular pace. Pause 2­­–3 times, for 30 seconds each, for optimal extraction.
